AhlulBayt News Agency - The Syrian Arab Air Force (SAAF) carried out a powerful series of airstrikes over the Deir Ezzor Governorate on Tuesday, targeting the Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham’s (ISIS) hideouts and military installations inside the provincial capital.
According to a military report from the Deir Ezzor Military Airport, the Syrian Air Force destroyed ISIS’ headquarters in the Al-Rashidiyah District, killing and several enemy combatants in the process.
In addition to the airstrikes over Al-Rashidiyah, the Syrian Air Force also struck ISIS’ positions at the Sheikh Yassine District, Sakr Island and the Al-Husseiniyah District.
